Music and Worship

God delights in the praises of His people.  It is a privilege for us to come together as a church family to lift up the name of the Lord Jesus Christ in song, honoring Him for who He is and for all that He has done for us.  At First Baptist we enjoy a wide variety of musical styles including classical, inspirational, southern gospel, and contemporary.  Our main concern is the message of the piece, and the heart of the servant.  We strive to offer our gifts to the best of our ability for His honor and glory.

First Family Worship Teams:

We are grateful to have many adults and teens involved in leading congregational worship.  Our main focus is to use a variety of folks who love to worship and enjoy using their gifts and abilities to assist in leading corporate worship.  If you are interested in participating on a worship team, please contact: Steve Graf by email at srgattr@mybluelight.com

First Family Choir:

The First Family Choir is open to teens and adults of various vocal abilities.  It is a privilege to sing together that we take very seriously, but we have a great time in the process.
