Senior Adults

Ocean County is home to more than seventy senior adult communities.  That means the churches of Ocean County are blessed with many older adults who bring experience and service to their congregations.  FBC has benefited through the years from those older adults who move to our area in retirement.

In an effort to serve them, we have several ministries in place.  Hilltoppers is a monthly ministry to those 55 and older in our church.  Their meetings are times of fellowship, information and worship.  The Hilltoppers take trips through the year, enjoy several seasonal banquets and other activities.  Anyone 55 or older is welcome to participate.

We also have two senior adult Bible school classes on Sunday morning.  One class, The Pathfinders, is a mixed-gender class.  The Lydia Class is a senior adult class for ladies.
